Headway has been retained by the Lake Area Planning Council (APC) to conduct a Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Study for the Konocti Corridor. For this project, Headway will lead efforts alongside subconsultant Elite Transportation Group (ETG), to evaluate the impacts of planned projects within the Konocti Corridor on SR 53 and SR 29, and multimodal improvements on Highway 20. The team will use existing travel demand models to develop baseline SB743 VMT data to then generate estimates for future conditions.
